If your child is struggling with bedwetting, you may find comfort that it is not an uncommon problem. Most kids eventually grow out of it however here are 3 things you can do:
1. Limit drinks after dinnertime.
2. Have your child use the restroom before bedtime
3. Wake your son or daughter up before you go to bed to use the restroom again.
These strategies should result in a dry morning…excuse the pun.
